I’m offering a 1-hour, one-to-one Project Management Help Session designed for homeowners who are managing their own build or renovation.

This is a flexible, one-off session you can use however you need — whether you're just starting out or already mid-project and feeling stuck.

We can cover (but not limited to):
• Who is responsible for what (you vs your builder)
• Payment schedules and avoiding costly mistakes
• Ordering materials and managing timelines
• Common pitfalls most people don’t think about until it’s too late
• Any questions or concerns specific to your project

Think of it as having an expert in your corner — helping you stay in control, avoid delays, and protect your budget.

STEP ONE:

Once you have booked your video call, fill in the questionnaire in the booking process. Please send us as much information about your project as you can.

This helps us come prepared with tailored ideas and ensures you get the most value out of your session.

STEP TWO:

We’ll send you a Google Meet video link for your session. Simply click the link at your scheduled time to join, and we’ll chat through your project questions together.
