Your journey starts with a phone or email consultation, followed by a home visit with swatches. We’ll assess light and space to create a tailored scheme for one room or your whole property.
You’ll receive a full specification with finishes and estimated quantities within 48 hours.

STEP ONE:
Once you have booked your colour consultation, there is a questionnaire to fill in. Please send us as much information about your project as you can.
To make the most of our consultation time, please have available samples of any materials in the rooms e.g., tiles, fabrics, carpets. This will help us with choosing the right tones to create your scheme.
STEP TWO:
What to expect during the consultation;
Personalised discussion – We’ll talk about your style preferences, existing décor, lighting, and how you want the space to feel.
Colour selection – Using professional colour tools and samples, we’ll narrow down the best options for your walls, woodwork, and accents.
Expert advice – You’ll receive recommendations on undertones, finishes, and how colours flow from room to room.
Practical guidance – We’ll discuss how different shades interact with natural and artificial light, as well as tips for durability and maintenance.
Confidence in your choice – At the end of the consultation, you’ll have a tailored colour palette that suits your space and reflects your personality.

Sometimes all you need is a little expert guidance to keep your project moving in the right direction. Our Basic Interior Design Service is a flexible, hourly-charged option designed for clients who need ad hoc support at any stage of their project.
This service gives you direct access to professional design advice, with time spent exactly where you need it most. Whether it’s:
Creating a quick lighting plan
Positioning sockets and switches
Adjusting a room layout
Selecting materials, finishes, or furnishings
Or simply having a professional sounding board for your ideas
You decide how the time is used, and we provide the clarity and expertise to help you move forward with confidence.

This helps us arrive fully prepared so we can make the most of your time.
STEP TWO:
Your consultation
At the consultation, please have any samples (such as fabrics, flooring, tiles, or paint swatches) onsite so we can reference them when discussing new ideas and designs. Together, we’ll go through your list of design topics to make sure everything is covered.
STEP THREE:
After the consultation, we’ll send you an email with a clear summary of everything discussed, along with any useful links and references specific to your project.
Complete room design

£995/room or £1250 for open plan space (£300 upfront fee when booking)
Our complete room design package is a full-service option for anyone looking to transform a space from start to finish. We take care of all the details, creating a cohesive design that reflects your style and works beautifully for the way you live.
This package includes:
Two site visits – One at the beginning to discuss your vision and take measurements, and one at the end to review the design.
Colour scheme development – A tailored palette that sets the tone and brings your room to life.
Furnishings & accessories – Carefully sourced pieces, from key furniture to finishing touches, all chosen to suit your space and budget.
Remote sourcing – We research and recommend the best options for you without the hassle of endless searching.
Samples – Where available, we’ll provide material and finish samples to help you see and feel the design.
Interactive moodboard – A digital moodboard with clickable links, so you can explore each item, check dimensions, and visualise the full design.
Easy-to-use shopping list – A clear, organised list of everything you need, making ordering straightforward and stress-free.

Your design journey starts here. Once your consultation is booked, there is a questionnaire to fill in; then visit the room in question to:

Take detailed measurements and photographs for reference
This session lays the foundation for a tailored design plan that reflects your personality and goals.
STEP TWO:
Moodboard & design direction
Following the consultation, we’ll begin working remotely on a bespoke electronic moodboard that captures the look and feel of your ideal space. You will receive:
A curated moodboard for feedback and approval
One round of refinements based on your notes
A complete, itemised shopping list with suggested products, finishes, and furnishings
We ensure every design element works together seamlessly to match your vision.
Following the consultation, we’ll begin working remotely on a bespoke electronic moodboard that captures the look and feel of your ideal space. You will receive:
A curated moodboard for feedback and approval

A complete, itemised shopping list with suggested products, finishes, and furnishings
We ensure every design element works together seamlessly to match your vision.
STEP THREE:
Final on-site visit & design presentation
To bring the design to life, we’ll return for a final visit with physical samples and finalised details. During this session you’ll review finishes, fabrics, and materials in person.
Afterwards we’ll finalise the design with any last tweaks shortly after, you will receive your Final Design Package, which includes:
Your approved moodboard
Physical samples (where applicable)
A full, ready-to-shop product list
If you’d like to see the colours in your own space before making a final decision, we can provide hand-painted A4 sample sheets at £2 each, or you can order sample pots directly from the supplier.
Whenever possible, we also pass on our trade discounts to you—this depends on the brand chosen.
