Product Returns & Refunds

Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

  • Refunds can take up to 7 days to process.

  • Return and original postage costs are not reimbursed, except for faulty items.

Service Cancellations & Refunds

  1. Cancellations and Refunds

    Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled consultation are eligible for a full refund.

    Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled consultation are non-refundable and will need to be purchased and booked again.

    Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  2. Rescheduling

    You may reschedule your consultation up to 72 hours before the scheduled time, subject to availability.

    Reschedule requests made within 72 hours of the booked time cannot be guaranteed and may be treated as a cancellation.

    If you fail to attend your scheduled consultation without prior notice, this will be considered a missed appointment and no refund or reschedule will be provided.

  4. . Technical Issues

    If a technical issue prevents the consultation from going ahead (e.g., poor internet connection), please contact us as soon as possible. We will review each situation individually and may offer a rescheduled session at our discretion.
