We sell home products and interior design services in the UK only.

2. Products, Services & Pricing

  • All products and services are subject to availability.

  • Prices are shown in GBP.

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

  • We reserve the right to change our service packages at any time.

3. Payment Methods

We accept payments via Squarespace Payments (card payments only).

4. Order Processing & Shipping

  • Orders and bookings are confirmed by email.

  • We reserve the right to cancel an order on lampshades for any reason, including stock issues or payment failure.

  • Orders on lampshades are processed within 3-5 working days. Delays may occur during busy periods.

  • Shipping costs are shown at checkout.

  • We use Royal Mail, DPD and Parcelforce for delivery.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your lampshade order.

  • Lampshades must be unused and in their original packaging.

  • Refunds can take up to 7 days to process.

  • Return and original postage costs are not reimbursed, except for faulty items.

  • Returns and refunds on services purchased are all stated in the booking process.

6. Warranty

We do not offer a product warranty.

7. Intellectual Property

  • You may not reuse or reproduce any images from our website.

  • Resale of our items without permission is prohibited.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Engage in fraudulent activity.

  • Resell our products without written permission.
